The staff, particularly Jackie and Tracy, went above and beyond to ensure that my parents were comfortable and had everything they needed. the ironing facilities in the room were a bonus, as my parents like to have their clothes freshly pressed. the heating system was excellent, keeping us warm and cozy throughout our stay. We also enjoyed spending time on the terrace, taking in the beautiful garden views and relaxing in the comfortable garden furniture. the electric kettle in the room was convenient for making tea and coffee, and the flat-screen TV provided entertainment in the evenings. the combination of carpeted and parquet floors added a touch of luxury to the room. the Tanners Arms exceeded my high expectations in every aspect, making our stay truly memorable and enjoyable.
